Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Anycast Technology Private Limited (which operates Oportunities). By creating an account or using Oportunities, you agree to them. Please read §3 (Oportunities acting on your behalf) and §5 (outreach limits) closely.

1. The service
Oportunities is a business manager for content creators. When you connect your accounts, it reads your world to notice things about you, matches them to brands, writes pitches in your voice, and — after you approve each one — sends them from your own inbox and tracks the replies. Oportunities is a tool that helps you reach brands; it does not employ you, represent you as an agency, or guarantee that any brand will respond or that any deal will result.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for keeping your login secure. One account per person.
3. Oportunities acts on your behalf
By using Oportunities, you authorise Oportunities to contact brands and their representatives on your behalf, and to send emails and follow-ups from your connected Gmail account. Every pitch is shown to you and sent only after you have approved that exact message. Follow-up emails to a brand, and reminders to a brand about a payment, are shown to you for approval too, unless you have told your business manager it may send them for you. The manager only offers that after you have approved several yourself; you can limit it to the ones you choose, or ask it to keep checking with you on the important ones, and you can take the permission back at any time by telling it so. Until you give that permission, nothing is sent unattended.
What this authorisation does not include. It is bounded by the Google permissions we actually request: Oportunities may read your mail and send the messages you have approved or allowed your business manager to send, and nothing else. We request no permission to delete, archive, label, move or draft anything in your mailbox, and none to reach your Google Calendar, Drive or Contacts. The exact scopes are listed in our Privacy Policy.
Read means the whole mailbox. The read permission Google grants is defined by what it lets us do, not by which folder a message sits in — so it covers every message in your mailbox, including the ones you have sent. In normal running it reads your inbox, but our search for past brand and sponsorship conversations can read mail you sent as well. We would rather say that here than let “read your mail” sound narrower than it is. See Privacy Policy §2.
Because outreach is sent from your own mailbox, you are the sender of record. You agree to use the service only for genuine, good-faith outreach about real opportunities, and to comply with applicable anti-spam laws. Oportunities enforces sending limits, stops sending to addresses that bounce, and paces your outreach to protect your sender reputation. If a brand asks not to receive these emails, we tell you before anything else goes to them. The decision to write again is yours, and because you are the sender of record, so is the risk: anti-spam law in several countries expects that request to be honoured, and ignoring it can harm your mailbox’s reputation. You can disconnect Gmail or stop using Oportunities at any time.
We talk to you on WhatsApp. By giving us your mobile number at sign-up, you agree that Oportunities may message you on WhatsApp about your account: the sign-up code, the brands and replies it finds, and the approvals it needs from you. We do not use WhatsApp to advertise to you. You can ask us to stop at any time by emailing support@oportunities.ai. WhatsApp is provided by Meta and your use of it is also governed by WhatsApp’s own terms. What we keep from those conversations is set out in our Privacy Policy §2.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use Oportunities to send spam, deceptive, harassing, or unlawful messages; misrepresent who you are or your audience; connect an account you don’t own or control; attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or circumvent the limits and safeguards in the service; or use it for anything other than your own creator outreach.
5. Outreach limits
Every pitch goes only with your approval. Your business manager suggests how many to send each week — about 15 in your first week — and you can change that number at any time by telling it; above about 50 a week it will tell you plainly what that risks for your mailbox. Three protections are not yours to override, because they keep your inbox in good standing: a mailbox that has sent little email before starts slowly (5, then 10, then 15 a day) before sending normally; Gmail’s own daily sending limit applies; and sending pauses if your emails start bouncing or being marked as spam.
6. Your content & takedowns
You keep ownership of everything you create and post. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service (for example, to read your connected accounts and write your pitches). If you believe content on Oportunities violates our rules or your rights, email grievance@oportunities.ai with a link and a brief reason — we will action verified reports within 30 days, and sooner where the violation is clear.
7. Who on our team can read your chats
A small review team can read the chats between you and your business manager, to check that the manager is working well and to fix it when it is not. Every time one of them opens a chat, it is logged. Chats are masked when they are read: your name, numbers, contact details and links are hidden. A message that raises a safety concern or a complaint may be read by the team, so that we can act on it.
If you do not want our team to read your chats, write to support@oportunities.ai. This is separate from the mail we read from your Gmail, which is read by software and is set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
Oportunities is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that brands will reply, that opportunities or deals will result, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Oportunities’ suggestions and drafts are aids — you are responsible for reviewing and approving every pitch before it is sent, and for any follow-up or payment reminder you let your business manager send on your behalf.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anycast Technology Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using Oportunities at any time, and you may ask us to delete your account and data at any time — see how to delete your account & data. Stopping and deleting are separate: cancelling or going quiet does not delete your data, and only a deletion request does. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or applicable law; a termination by us does not itself delete your data either. Once you send a deletion request, the data-handling and 30-day completion described in our Privacy Policy applies.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms; if a change is material we will notify you by email or on WhatsApp before it takes effect. Continuing to use Oportunities after that means you accept the updated terms.
