1. The service

Oportunities is an AI agent for content creators. When you connect your accounts, it reads your world to find signals, matches them to brands, writes pitches in your voice, and — after you approve each one — sends them from your own inbox and tracks the replies. Oportunities is a tool that helps you reach brands; it does not employ you, represent you as an agency, or guarantee that any brand will respond or that any deal will result.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for keeping your login secure. One account per person.

3. The agent acts on your behalf

What this authorisation does not include. It is bounded by the Google permissions we actually request: the agent may read your mail and send the messages you have approved, and nothing else. We request no permission to delete, archive, label, move or draft anything in your mailbox, and none to reach your Google Calendar, Drive or Contacts. The exact scopes are listed in our Privacy Policy.

Read means the whole mailbox. The read permission Google grants is defined by what it lets us do, not by which folder a message sits in — so it covers every message in your mailbox, including the ones you have sent. In normal running the agent reads your inbox, but our search for past brand and sponsorship conversations can read mail you sent as well. We would rather say that here than let “read your mail” sound narrower than it is. See Privacy Policy §2.

Because outreach is sent from your own mailbox, you are the sender of record. You agree to use the service only for genuine, good-faith outreach about real opportunities, and to comply with applicable anti-spam laws. The agent enforces sending limits, suppression of bounced/unsubscribed contacts, and pacing to protect your sender reputation. You can disconnect Gmail, pause the agent, or cancel at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use Oportunities to send spam, deceptive, harassing, or unlawful messages; misrepresent who you are or your audience; connect an account you don’t own or control; attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or circumvent the limits and safeguards in the service; or use it for anything other than your own creator outreach.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Oportunities is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, purchased through your app store (Apple App Store on iOS, Google Play on Android). The app store is the merchant of record — it charges you, handles tax, and issues your receipt.

• Annual plans — Launch ₹9,600 / $192.99 per year; Growth ₹28,900 / $769 per year. Those are the exact amounts charged. Annual pricing is set to the app-store price point nearest a 20% saving on twelve monthly payments, so it is approximately — not exactly — 20% off. Please rely on the two figures stated here rather than calculating them.
• There is no free trial. The discounted first month on Launch is an introductory price, after which the standard monthly rate applies.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Manage or cancel anytime in your app store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• All sales are final — no refunds, except where required by law or by app-store policy. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• Prices may change with notice; changes never affect the period you’ve already paid for.

6. Outreach limits

Each plan includes a weekly limit on the number of pitches the agent will send (15 on Launch, 50 on Growth), plus per-brand and pacing limits that protect deliverability for everyone. Limits are counted on pitches sent, do not roll over between weeks, and exist to keep outreach high-quality and your inbox in good standing.

7. Community visibility

When you log a Plan, Habit, or Wish, a minimal, non-sensitive summary of it — your first name, city, the activity type, and dates — is visible to other creators in the in-app community feed. This visibility is part of how Oportunities works and is not optional. We never expose your email address, inbox content, brand conversations, contact details, payment information, or exact follower count to other creators.

8. Your content & takedowns

You keep ownership of everything you create and post. You grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service (for example, to display your community-feed summary to other creators). If you believe content on Oportunities violates our rules or your rights, email grievance@oportunities.ai with a link and a brief reason — we will action verified reports within 30 days, and sooner where the violation is clear.

9. Disclaimers

Oportunities is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that brands will reply, that opportunities or deals will result, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The agent’s suggestions and drafts are aids — you are responsible for reviewing and approving every message before it is sent.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anycast Technology Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using Oportunities at any time, and you may ask us to delete your account and data at any time — see how to delete your account & data. Stopping and deleting are separate: cancelling or going quiet does not delete your data, and only a deletion request does. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or applicable law; a termination by us does not itself delete your data either. Once you send a deletion request, the data-handling and 30-day completion described in our Privacy Policy applies.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any non-waivable consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; if a change is material we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Oportunities after that means you accept the updated terms.
