Delete your account & data
You can delete your Oportunities account and all the data we hold about you at any time — from inside the app, or from here on the web without logging in.
Option 1 — delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Oportunities and go to Settings.
- Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is closed immediately and the purge described below begins.
Option 2 — request deletion from the web (no login needed)
If you can’t access the app, email us from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you:
Send it from the email address registered to your account so we can verify the request is genuinely yours. We confirm by reply, complete the deletion, and email you when it’s done. We action deletion requests within 30 days and complete the full purge within 90 days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account details.
- All derived signal data (the plans, habits, wishes, and brand-affinity intelligence the agent built from your accounts).
- Your matches, drafted and scheduled pitches, and outreach history on our systems.
- Your connected-account authorisations — your Google (Gmail/Calendar) and Instagram tokens are revoked immediately, so the agent loses all access at once.
Timing — the 90-day purge
On deletion we immediately stop all outreach and revoke your access tokens. Your data is then permanently purged from our systems within 90 days. We keep nothing afterwards except the minimum we are legally required to retain (for example, tax records of payments, which never include your email content).
One thing we can’t delete: pitches the agent already sent live in your own Gmail Sent folder — they were sent from your mailbox, so they belong to you. You can delete those from Gmail yourself. You can also remove Oportunities’ access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
